What we collect

  • Photos you upload for generation (temporary processing).
  • Account / payment metadata if you purchase credits (via Waffo or payment provider).
  • Basic logs (IP, user-agent, job ids) for abuse prevention and refunds.
  • Optional analytics (GA4) and Adsterra Social Bar when configured — placeholders in P0.

Photo retention

Uploaded photos are deleted within about 30 daysafter upload or last processing need, unless a longer retention is required for a dispute, chargeback, or legal request. Generated video URLs may expire earlier depending on the generation provider.

Adult consent

We require confirmation that depicted people are adults with consent (or that subjects are pets). Do not upload minors. We may delete content and restrict accounts that violate this rule.

No R2 requirement

Marketing and Create shell do not require Cloudflare R2. Result delivery may use provider URLs directly.

Your choices

Request deletion of retained uploads sooner by contacting ops with your job / account id. Disable analytics via browser controls when GA4 is active.
