Terms of Service

1. Service

KissCam AI provides tools to generate short AI remix videos from two user-uploaded photos in a stadium “kiss cam” visual style. Output length is typically about 11–12 seconds.

2. Not affiliated

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Coldplay, CapCut, any artist, label, promoter, or venue. We do not claim official status. We do not provide official concert footage.

3. Adult consent

You must be 18+ to use the service. Photos of people must depict adults (18+) with consent. Minors are prohibited. Pets are allowed. You represent you have all rights needed to upload and process the images.

4. AI remix disclosure

Outputs are synthetic / AI-generated remixes. When you publish, you should disclose AI use where required by platform rules or law. You are responsible for downstream use, including any music you add.

5. Credits, payment, refunds

Paid features use credits or one-shot purchases (Waffo or successor). Failed generation jobs that were charged are eligible for credit refund / reversal. Chargebacks for successfully delivered clips may lead to account limits.

6. Photo retention

Uploaded photos are retained only as needed to provide the service and are deleted within approximately 30 days, subject to legal holds. See Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no non-consensual intimate imagery, no harassment, no attempts to impersonate living persons for fraud. We may refuse or remove jobs that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is.” AI outputs may be imperfect or unexpected. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
